When my hair was first coming back, it was so very fine. In fact even after 2 haircuts, it still feels like a babies hair. I use a shampoo that is supposed to thicken the hair. I blow dry it on low and put a spray on from "Redkin" to make it seem thicker and curly. It works. Especially if you have a natural wave. After I blow dry my hair its looking pretty good. But Im back to needed more time in the morning to style my hair.

Now listen to me complain. Wasnt it only yesterday I was complaining about not having any hair?

$100.00 is ridiculous. I have gotten it cut and colored for $60.00 and I thought that was alot!

    Good luck

    Hi Sierra -

I've always had very fine hair, straight as a stick though...no wave . I was hoping for some waves or curls when it came back. I usually use Dove volumizing shampoo and mousse. I've also tried thickening shampoo and spray by Marc Jacobs that worked well. I think it's probably pricey, but I got mine on sale at the Christmas Tree Shop so I'm not sure of the normal price.

Good grief, $100 for a haircut is crazy!

    Take care,
    Pat

p.s. I thought your hair looked great!

I ask a nurse the other day what type of product she used. My hair came in really thick and curly but my sis in law has really fine thin hair. The nurse uses Aussie Freeze. She said she washes it, towel dries and uses the freeze and it stays. Her hair looked great and she'd only hadn't done anything to it when she got up.

Liz: This is sort of funny. I have Aussie shampoo as a volumizer and it works great.
