Cyst w/rough edges?

I posted this on another forum also, but thought this may be a good place also...

I had ILC and LCIS in left breast: Multi-focal largest tumor 3.9cm - not seen on mammo: Mast., Ax. Node Dis., chemo, radiation, now Tamoxifen...Found 3 lumps in remaining breast 2 weeks ago. Had diag. mammo and US today...Radiologist said 1 of the 3 lumps seems suspicious because it has un-smooth/un-clean/rough edges and because it is appearing very dark on the US. Does anyone know if this could be typical of a cyst? I have had cysts in the past, but have never heard any Radiologist or Dr. tell me they were dark or had rough edges. I'm scheduled for a core biopsy next Monday. In the meantime girls, of course, I'm concerned...trying not to freak out...and would appreciate any info you may have.

I would be concerned about it not having smooth edges. I prayer that it is nothing to worry about.

I'm also concerned because the report says it has an angular shape...I read this is not a good thing either! I'm playing the waiting game like so many of us here.
