JoJo waithing with you sweetie to hear about the scans
praying the report will be good and praying for relief
from your pain ~

I finally heard from the MRI's. They feel that I do not have mets, but I have a LOT of problems in my spine. They found 6 'benign' tumors in the marrow of the vertabra. 3 in the thoracic spine and 3 in the lumbar spine. Some of these "benign" tumors are compressing my spinal cord, and the thoracic ones are pressing forward on organs....which is probably the pain and lump at and under the ribs. There is major damage, denegeration, and decciation to the vertebra and discs from L1-S1. I have 3 ruptured discs, several broad based bulging discs and many major spinal compressions, spinal stenosis, and deterioration. There is a lot more but I can't remember all. I will know the "exacts" when I get my copy of the reports tomorrow.
I hope that they are sure that these 6 tumors are benign, not exactly sure how they know this, but I did ask the onc were they cystic in nature or were they solid mass tumors, she said solid mass tumors, some of which were very large????? Oh well, I'm not going to worry about the mets part.....I'll just hold on to their impression that they don't believe them to be mets.
My brain was fine, LOL, the headaches are coming from compression on/to the nerves in spine?????
Thank you all for your prayers and kind words, they have brought great comfort to me.
Love and Hugs,
