-
Slonedeb - It's OK. Chemo can make you lose track of days. We will continue praying for you. ((((hugs))))
DebC - praying for you too. I sure wish your vision would get better and stop causing you such discomfort. Sending hugs your way.
-
-
Deb, I'm glad to see you posting. You are a tough cookie!
I haven't felt like posting much lately. I did post on the mets thread, I am hoping that the pain in my arm/shoulder is not bone mets, but tendinitis. I'm a little freaked out right now.
-
((((((((((Sheri))))))))))))) - please don't jump to conclusions - it will only make you crazy.
-
Circle up the wagons. Let's surround our Debs with love and healing peace. Pup had an oncology visit today. Slonedeb got kicked in the butt by some bad ass chemo..... and Deb C is still stumbling and having trouble with her vision. Our newest wagon carries footprints angel and she is a debbie too. All those going through tough times, we support you. We lift you up in our hearts and our prayers. May God bless us all with a peaceful pain free evening.... Pam
-
Sherri - girlfriend!!!
I am so sorry that you have this worry going on. I am sending all kinds of good thoughts your way and saying prayers that all will be fine. Are you having further tests done? What and when?
Lots of hugs
Sue

I stopped by my favorite little park today and saw some wonderful
roses..so you know me...hope these can cheer us up...
-
Lisa-
Beautiful roses. Good thing you like to take photos....I would get busted for stealing the actual flowers!!
Dear Lord, please be with all of us that feel in special need of your hand to deal. Help us all to reach out to you and give you our pain and our fears. Help us to remember that YOU are all we need to handle worries about the future. Amen

I have to admit, you all have made me feel quite sentimental. Took a step back and thought about why Gina started this thread and why so many of us came here.
We all were ready to gather together and take care of our friends who needed to be in the middle of the circle. Many of us have been together for along time...we see some move on...we see some struggle. Well I'm sick of it. I'm sick of it again and it is time we gather together to help our friends who need us right now.
Sheri, DebC, Slonedeb, Puppy - you are in the middle of the circle. You are surrounded by such a bright light from the huge campfire we have going. PurpleMB taught those Pinkstockers how to do a BIG campfire. Warmth, love, healing light and just plain ol people who really care the heck about all of you.
-
Dear Friends, Thanks for the kind words, I will enjoy your family,Alot of good people and some nice ones I already know. God bless you all, Its been a very long day. I will talk more tomorrow. (hurting) Angel hugs to all, Debbie

Hi Sue! I am so glad to see a post from you. I really missed seeing you this year. I'm having a PET scan on Monday and a bone scan the following Monday. Somewhere in between is my mammogram for my remaing breast. I'm trying not to be too negative, but because of the type of pain, I'm pretty sure it's mets. Thanks for all your prayers and good wishes. Don't be a stranger.
-
To all the ladies in the circle -
Just remember you are not alone.
Valerie

Nicki... hugs my friend...
Ok the snow has fallen, and the fire is burning warm...
I keep you all in my prayers everyday.. you are family
NAn..I wish I could just pack up and leave... would be there in a flash... do you have older and wiser aprons...?
Deb, Deb & Deb.. strong hugs and just know your strength keeps me going
Sheri... be strong... keep your head up... I have the flashlight for the end of the dark tunnel...
take care all..
Mb.. the nut on the hill
-
MB, snow....oh my goodness
-
I took this today as a beacon for us...
-
Lisa, I love the picture of the lighthout beacon but my favorite was the covered bridge. Glad to know that it is still standing.
MB, snow? Oh my. Bet that fire does feel good. It isn't quite that cold here - I have shorts on today but that was a mistake as it is like wearing them in early April!! Yes, I DO have an apron that says "MB - the older and wiser one that works here" Head on down. Hugs my friend.
Sheri, everyone is willing that this be tendonitis - you hold on - we're pretty strong gals here so it is going to be A - OK!!
Puppy, hope you are having a good day.
Sloandeb, it is a few days after chemo now and was wondering if you are having better days too.
DebC, thinking of you always brings a smile as I remember your descriptions of the Alaska landscape as you traveled for your treatment. Praying that things improve for you real soon.
Blessings to all, Brenda
-
Lisa, your pics are always so clear and beautiful. What a nice beacon! May it draw us ever closer to the source of our comfort and strength as well as each other!
MB, can't believe you have snow! I am in short sleeves today. Was kinda chilly this morning. I knew there was a reason I loved the South. Hope you have plenty of logs for the fire and batteries for the flashlight.
Valerie, love the pooh group hug..... love you too!
Sheri... big hugs to you. Just know we are all right here with you.
All the Debs out there... Deb C., Puppy, Slonedeb... footprints angel.... and all others going through tough times as well (including you Sheri and Valerie)....asking God to grant you a night of peace and comfort.
Love to all, Pam
-
Hi to everyone. Just sending lots of love and hugs your way. Thinkng about you each and everyday.
-
Sheri - Keeping you in my prayers each day. Remember it's not mets unless they prove it to you. ( That's the way I'm choosing to deal with my aches and pains
) I know your scared. Remember that we are all here with you and surrounding you with love.
Deb C, Slone deb, puppy, thinking of you and wishing you comfort.
MB - Snow!!!! I'm just glad the highs here are in the 80's now, not the 90's. I have a box of squares for you. Now if I can just get my butt to the post office
Lisa - beautiful pictures as always
Nicki - I feel sentimental every time I see activity on this thread. Hugs to you lady.
Hi to all. My boys are watching the Rays in the next room. Lots of screaming in there. This whole town is nuts about baseball all of a sudden. Ahhhh fair weather fans that we all are. GO RAYS!!
Hugs,
Sue

Sending a bunch of angel hugs, And remember we are never alone.
Thanks for the welcome, Prays to all that need a little more strength.
We can do anything, Love Debbie
-
Slonedeb, I'm so glad you are keeping us updated! DebC, it's been good to see some posts from you, too.
Update: My PET scan is now a CT scan on Tues am, immediately followed by a mammogram of my remaining breast. The onc also told me my potassium is low and prescribed a supplement to take for 7 days. I tried looking up low potassium, and one of the causes can be cancer, so that is another not so good sign.
Thanks for all the hugs and prayers. Right back at you.
