I am worried about some pain and swelling in my right under arm ... it is a burning an tenderness feeling I know I need to go to the doctor but I am afraid to hear that it is not just muscle cramps...

I " just" posted to you in another forum called get togethers and advised you then as I advise you now...go to a Doctor for a physical exam and evaluation.
The humor forum like the get together forum is an inappropriate place for this to be posted.
