I gotta say that I am NOT the most Patriotic chap on the block & easily tire of all the empty rah! rah! USA hoopla....even after spending 20 years in the USAF....but when STYX sings MADAME BLUE, as they did on my way to work this morning, I get fired up! THAT is one bitchin' song that makes me extremely Patriotic! Dennis DeYoung's Masterpiece, IMHO--and written during the Bi-Centennial! Way Beyond Excellent! I sat in our parking lot, radio turned up full volume, just savoring & appreciating the last 2 or 3 awesome minutes of it! Red, White, & Blue ROCKED MY WORLD...this morning! Think I might just like IT played at my funeral! Ahem! To anyone who's ever heard it, you KNOW what I'm talking about! To any who haven't, you just don't know what you're missing! Rock on Dennis....Rock ON....

Ty- love that song. Saw you posting more classic rock in other threads. I was pretty young in the 70's, but I am still listening to the classics.
