Kathy, Cherie, Carrie, Deb, Binney, Sherry, Doreen, Debra, DebbyFive, Fumi, Sheron, Megi, Peggy, Stacey, Sierra, Alexandria, and Susan,
Thank you all for the kind words, thoughts and prayers. They mean so much to me. Sorry to take so long to respond, had to wait for my daughter to come by and type for me. Don't know what I would do without her.
Just to let you know. My surgery isn't until July 27th. I couldn't get in until then because, the doctor is booked up until a few weeks before that and rest of time until then, he is on vacation. The physical therapy the first doctor had me doing, made my shoulder worse. My right arm aches and throbs all the time now because of it. My left arm is bandaged and I can't type worth beans with it. In other words, I am a walking train wreck. At least I can still walk.
By next week I should be able to use my left arm, as I hope not to have to have it bandaged after then. Yea! No more having to go to the lymphedema therapist! I will have new sleeve, glove and be using the Flexitouch machine for my massage. Then I can post by myself. I do miss being able to talk to you guys, when I want to, on my own.
Again, thank you all for everything. You ladies rock!
Niki -

Niki I sorta know what you are going through. I have arthoscopic surgery July 7th (on left knee) and a total knee replacment (on right knee) coming on August 29th.
My physical therapy made me better to a certain point but then it wouldn't improve. I can't walk up and down stairs or go shopping !!!! I am able to type though.
It's hard to wait. Try and rest. You will need your strength for rehab. Can you do some exercises now to help you get ready?
Praying for less pain for you and for God to guide the surgeons hands.
Blessings,
Susan -
