Have to Share - Aretha Franklin

I posted this on the Moving Beyond Cancer forum and someone suggested I post it here as well.

I found this awesome video recently that I feel compelled to share. It's vintage Aretha Franklin, 1970, when she was young and slim and beginning to make it on the national music scene. I didn't know where to put it but thought this forum might be best.

She is indeed the Godmother of Soul. I'm two years older than she and feel as if we've grown up together.

Youtube.com is now among my favorite sites. You can view videos and interviews that go back decades. There are also a lot of wannabees who horn in occasionally with their stuff but nothing too distracting.
