If you are over 65 and have been treated with chemotherapy we need your input to ensure Medicare patients get access to quality cancer care in the future. In exchange for taking a brief internet survey we would like to pay you $25.00.
Greetings,
Recent changes to medicine have affected the delivery of cancer care in the United States . The National Patient Advocate Foundation and Duke University are conducting an important research study evaluating the impact of these changes. The goal is to understand whether recent changes in healthcare have impacted patient access to cancer care or quality of care. Your input is very important as it will be used to influence future health care policy in the United States .

For this study, we are specifically looking for cancer patients who received intravenous (IV) chemotherapy treatment after January 1, 2003.

The survey is internet based and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. If you are a qualifying patient and are interested in helping shape the future of cancer care in America , please click on the following link in order to participate in the survey.

I am no way affiliated with the survey but I have taken some in the past and you do get paid for a few minutes of your time. What the heck, for $25.00, treat yourself.

I do not qualify for this particular survey since I am under 65.
