Good Morning Ladies,
I went yesterday to the clinic to get a chemo treatment and saw one of my friends that I have met there...She has stage IV ovarian cancer..She got some bad news yesterday..Her onc is telling her she only has 6 to 18 months to live, he told her probably more like 6 months...She was so upset.. I told her I would keep her in my prayers and I hope you all will help me pray for her...
I will keep you posted on how she does...
Sending (((hugs))) and prayers..

Hugs and God Bless,
Cherie

Hi Cherie,
I am sorry to hear about your friends situation.
I will keep you both in my prayers.

Sorry about your friend's ovarian cancer. Is it a new diagnosis for her or a recurrence?
Either way, I have a friend with stage 4 (at diagnosis) ovarian cancer who is now in remission 3 years later and off chemo. Tell her there is always hope for a response to treatment -
Cherie,
lighting a prayer candle for your Cheryl to call the attention of the Saints.
Keeping her in my prayers ~
Novena to Saint Peregrine
Oh great Saint Peregrine, you who have been called "The Mighty" and "The Wonder-Worker" because of the numerous miracles which you have obtained from God for those who have had recourse to you. For so many years you bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys the very fiber of our being, and who had recourse to the source of all grace when the power of man could do no more. You were favored with the vision of Jesus coming down from His Cross to heal your affliction. Ask of God and Our Lady, the cure of Cheryl whom we entrust to you.
Aided in this way by your powerful intercession, we shall sing to God, now and for all eternity, a song of gratitude for His great goodness and mercy. Amen.
hugs,
Carrie -

I am sending prayers.
Still... nobody knows, not even doctors, who will live and who will die and when.
I have a chemo buddy with lung cancer in both lungs. She begged her doctor to tell her how long she had to live. He gave her 10 months. She is long past that and still fighting and looking pretty good at that...
Sending good thoughts your way..
