Ribbon colors

Does anyone know of a website that tells what color ribbon is for what kind of cancer? I am doing a thing for Relay For Life in Las Vegas and would like do a sign that shows famous people and have their picture on the color ribbon associated with their cancer and on the back say who they are and what they did.
