A group of hikers were being led through the wilderness by a guide. On the third day, the hikers noticed that they had been traveling in circles.
"We're lost!" One of the hikers complained.
"And you said you were the best guide in the United States."
"I am," the guide answered, " but I think we may have wandered into Canada."

circus owner runs an ad for a lion tamer and two young people show up. One is a man in his mid-twenties and the other is a gorgeous blonde woman about the same age. The circus owner tells them, "I'm going to be honest with you, this is one ferocious lion. He ate my last tamer so you guys better be good or you're history. Here's your equipment: chair, whip and a gun. Who wants to try out first?"
The girl says, "I'll go first." She ignores the chair, the whip and the gun and steps right into the lion's cage. The lion starts to snarl and pant and begins to charge her. About half way there, she throws open her coat revealing her beautiful naked body. The lion stops dead in his tracks, sheepishly crawls up to her and starts licking her ankles. He continues to lick her calves, kisses them and rests his head at her feet.
The circus owner's mouth is on the floor. He says, "I've never seen a display like that in my life." He then turns to the young man and asks, "Can you top that?"
The young man replies. "No problem, just get that lion out of the way."

Morning loungettes!
Bernie, enjoy, loved Belgium (any country good at beer and chocolate and lace, is okay in my book!). Happy vacation!
Karen, glad you checked in and things are better, hope the drugs helped last night and today is looking better.
Chrissy, doubles are just that, instead of a single shot of alcohol, you get doubles (extra likker without bothering your friendly neighborhood tender!), although here in the HTL, we likes to bother our tenders!
DorKy, have a good one. Hope that Lori can report that Stella stayed out of trouble! Maybe we will hear from Stella her bad old self...
Yay, Wahine in de house, soooo good to hear from ya! Youse twos Juliet!
As for me, still feeling out of sorts. Decided to take a DMe day and just take it easy. Work just has to deal and move on for a day. Haven't missed much through this, hoping taking a day to regroup will help! Happy Humpday to all! Lisa -
Oh you are a fun bunch!
I'm doing reconstruction. What are 3D tats and what makes them different?
-
Ah yes Kathy, "harvest gold" that was it. I had forgotten about the coppery one! Too funny. Glad you came home wif some moola!
Not sure I know what fiber glass curtains are Bernie, but did you have the same colors in appliances as we did, back in da day? Have a grand time in Belgium.
Beanie Babe, glad that you and your DH have something to work on to get you MORE MONEY. And those are sweet words spoken about our Junie and our thread. You hit it spot on. Another thing you can put on your hair is a leave in conditioner. I use one that is made by Herbal Essence, in a red pump bottle. Little dab on your palms and rub it in your towel dried hair. Love all of your before and now pictures of you, you are so beautiful and what a cute green bean when you wuz widdle and dat cute bumble bee dwess! And you are a surfer? WOW!
Shcuby, did you make it without the melt down? Oh dear, I wonder who got smacked up side da head! Das funny. Post 21000, where doze you see dat? And your pictures are beeeee u tiful, thank you for sharing. Nice beach house too! Yipppeeeeee foy you, you desoyve a DMe day. Take it and enjoy it.

Circles, welcome to our lounge. I will let one of the other goylies splain the nips, I didn't have MX. Did you see the video, Beans just posted it, tells you about our place here.
I think we should have Lemon Drops today.

-

Hey Goldie, god morning, about ready to get myself moving a bit. Think I am gonna do some putzing around, maybe attack bathroom cabinets or something...am going to do one thing for me today, get back in my hot tub, forgot it's been since 1/8, hmmmm wonder if that's part of my problem.
Circles, don't know where you are in the process. Don't know what surgery you will have, one or both boobs... But, here's my take, NM or others can weigh in. I had a BMx last year, got my permanent implants on 1/9. If you want to get nipples (some women opt to leave as is), there are options. You can have a structural approach to give you feel of aureola and nip where they graft tissue and do some bunching of skin on implant. They then can do tattooing to give you appropriate
pigment. My sister had one boob off and had this to ensure thefoob ,atched the exosting boob. Alternatively, you can just have tattooing (like our pal Mrs_Vino). They call it 3D tattooing cause it gives the appearance of dimension but it's just a tattoo. There is a Forum called Breast Reconstruction with lots of help, just search on reconstruction.
It's kind of a lot, just take it one step at a time. Feel free to PM me if I can help, I am also opting just for the tattoos, but have to wait til the healing is done from January, probably early April (they gotta have the absolute finished result to position the tats correctly)!
How about a BOTD (beer of the day), Dark Horse Brewery (Michigan) Crooked Tree I.P.A., 6% alcohol. Cheers! Lisa -
Happy Hump Day Hot Goilies! (Cuz wese all sexy and lotz of us has de hot fwashes too),
Circles, I had the 3D tattoos instead of having nips made, and love them! Looks very real front on, but of course, sideways there is no "nip"....can go braless and not worry about "headlights". Some tattoo artists specialize in this technique, and some do it free for bc patients. Earleen in Asheville is wonderful, as I am sure some others are, too.
Oh dere is de Stella....hope she B-haves for de Lawri to-dey. I dunno, but mese tinks she needz a nap dis afternoon az she is NOT used to gettin up earwy. She is used to da Dorkie's night-owl hours! SOOOOOO glad she has her own voice now....lol.
Oops Chrissy, it was midnight when I posted and I thought you were 17 hrs ahead of me, but looks like I wuz wrong.....so maybe its 14 hrs? We (where I am, anyway) have had such a mild winter this season....just one day below 20, and mostly 50's and 60's....very comfortable, BUT have had tons of rain. Hope your summer has been a good one!
Scoobs, Darn it, hate hearing you are still habbing a bad dey, but ya know, this is prolly very normal, since you had SO much surgery recently. You iz doing GUD, ya know dat, right? Just take some time for yerself, and yeah, get in dat hot tub, pronto!!!!
Ha,ha, Love the Lemon Drop dwink of da dey Lori, and then to see Stella posting her version!!! Priceless!
Have a gud woik day, Dotty! Give em hell and make dat moola!!!!!
Humpity Hump Dey Hugsssssssssss,
Kath

Hello Ladies,
Missed you all and thought of you often while I wasn't here. Been on my little chemo break, course they still do blood draws when you're on break, and my little white cells decided to go on break with me!! Curse them!! Nurses started talking bout transfusion and all that good stuff. So got a Nuprigen shot to give them a boost. Apparently my body was already working on boosting them and the Nuprigen just sent it over the edge cuz I had the most HORRIBLE, painful response to that darned little shot. Went back the next day for another shot & told nurse what was going on. Bless her heart, she fixed me up with these little yellow pills (not covered by insurance of course, and at this point I'm acting like a junkie, ready to sell my first born to get the pain pills).
Now I'm a little girl, tall, but only 125lbs, but I was in alot of pain, & the bottle said take 1 to 2.......TWO IT IS!!! Turns out those little yellow pills are mini-flying saucers and I went on the silliest, craziest ride with them!!! Up & down & all around, and no pain, woo hoo!
That evening while my son was getting out of the shower in the only bathroom we have, the ups & downs & all arounds took their toll..................I bolted from the couch & yelled "jed, shut the curtain" just before barging into the bathroom. I got to the toilet just as the poor kid was scrambling back into the shower and behind the cover of the shower curtain! As I proceed to vomit violently, the poor kid is covering what he thinks is a very developed body
and peeking his head out asking "Mom, don't look ok?, I'm just gonna grab a towel and sneak out while you finish". Really? Like at that moment, the first thing on my mind was to sneak a peak and see how things were progressing in the puberty dept??? LOLAnyway, that's why I've been "absent", hope it counts as an "excused" absence. Have about 7 pages of reading to catch up on you girls. Till then, happy Wednesday!
Scuby-thanks for the info and PM's, will PM ya back later today.
Cheers goils!
-
Oh Tiedye, that is awful (your health NOT your wanting to peek...lol). You really have had a bad time lately. Glad you felt ok enuf to pop in and let us know what has been going on. Hope you have a much better day today!!!! (((hugs)))

Today is my parents anniversary, 8 yrs remarried to each other, OR 71 yrs if you count it from the first time around (they were divorced for about 40 yrs)! I emailed my mom several times to remind her to make my dad a card or write him a poem, since she didn't get out to get a card. HOPE she remembered to do that today...I may remind her again! Cheers!
