'Bad-Hair Day' Chemo Caps

I bought two of these hats for my sister, who lost her hair after her second chemo treatment. She loves them, she says they are so comfy and from a distance even look like real hair. I found the lady who's knitting them from another thread on this board, she's donating 100% of the proceeds to the Susan G. Koman Foundation. $10 each, seemed like a great deal and I love that the money is going back to fight this disease!

I was wondering what the address is of the lady that makes the hats. I couldn't find it.
