    We started off with the green coast. Bracara Augusta Roman Ruins (Braga): the city of Bracara Augusta was founded by the Emperor August, between the 3rd year BC and the 4th AC, becoming the capital of Gallaecia on the 3rd century.
    On the 4th century, after the conversion to the Christianity, Bracara Augusta becomes the headquarters of the bishopric. After that, the Visigoth and the Arabs occupied it.

    There was much beauty and history just waiting for us to discover.

    Oh Braga... said NbN... her memory took her all the way to when she was about 13 or so, and she and a bunch of her friends stole all the coins from the fountains going down the more of 1,000 steps of Igreja ?, (could it be the one in Sameiro) in Braga, so they could go buy themselves ice-cream... it was summer, it was hot... WE WANTED FREAKING ICE-CREAM OKAY?!?!

    All the girls were very excited about the upcoming night with Cristiano. It seems our very dear Naughty got in contact with him & found out he had a few days off from his busy schedule of soccer games to show the breastfriends around his beautiful country. We started off the night by going out to dinner at the Montecristo (sorry no photo's) where we met up with Cristiano & he brought a surprize. The 'Spring Rooster' had arrived before us with some of his soccer buddies......

    (Thanks Girlz, that was the very first time I saw him & held him! Nothing like holding your childs, child. I was on quit a 'natural high' concidering I was up almost 24 hours with only a 1 1/2 hour nap in the car ride up! LOL! ~ Miss you spar have fun. ~ NBN I hear your 'SPRING ROOSTER' likes american women & older too! YUM!  LOL!)

    Okay, how can one drink in all of this beauty in one setting!  Portugal is absolutely beautiful, Julz's wee grandbaby is one of God's most precious little blessings and Cristiano is just downright sinful! lol

    We're starting this journey here on the green coast, but I don't think I ever want to leave.  The beauty is overwhelming...all the way around!  

    While Julz, NBN and Luv drooled over Cristiano, the rest of us spread out a large blanket to enjoy a wine and cheese picnic while taking in the sights with the local soccer boys. Only problem is, Luv only brought one bottle of wine!  Geesh, Luv....what were you thinking girl?  Luv jumped up with hands on hips and said "hey, I thought we all brought our own bottles!)   When Cristiano heard of our dilema, he sprang into action and showed us a walkway that led to our very own private bar...

    It was splendid.  We had an open bar with a view as vast as the eye could see.  Harley had one too many mangoritas and decided to show us all how to do proper cartwheels on the lawn.

    Before you know it, we were all out on the lawn laughing and rolling hand over hand in the grass.  Michie and MissS were laughing so hard they had to pee, but there was no restroom to be found and by this point they were doing the potty dance.  Just then, Michie said "the heck with it" and decided to...

     Michie said  " The heck with it" & went over near the trees. She then proceeded  to pull up her pants leg & let er rip! Besides letting er rip, the Girlz decided she was ripped out of her ever living mind. Then they began to wonder just who was giving her the drinks & what was HE putting in those drinks of hers.......... What was HIS ulterior motive.......mmmmmmmmmmmmmm?

    poor michie and MissS ...wet and red...we did find a man who claimed to be a Witch Doctor and said he can get rid of any poison ivy all he had to do was....

    Spar came in from her nap and saw her friends playing a hummmm "flute" with spoons and forks and anything else they could hit it with and  Julz just kept on singing put the lime in the coconut over and over.  MissS could barely walk and told me everyone had been turning cartwheels and maybe something in her"cart" wasn't quite right and she needed a hot tub whirlpool really bad. Spar had been shopping and bought some depends for Michie and MissS, Harley opened them and wrote things on each depends, the back of one was a smiley face, on one she wrote quit looking this is my a$$. 

    After the soak, maybe we can get some food and more drink.

    Harley said that she would try to remember this cure for poison ivy, since her dh had a very bad case of it when he was a little boy... seems he went outside to play, and he had to go to the bathroom, but he didn't want to go home.  So, he went into the bushes, and did his business.  When he was finished, he didn't have any toilet paper to wipe himself, so he used some leaves.  Yes, ladies, that is correct...  poison ivy...  he hehee!!  He said that his dr. couldn't stop laughing!

    Anyway, now back to the story....

    ***Harley my teenage son got it on the front side, Ahhh Boys! Not so funny for me I had to listen to him whine about it for a week. He's allergic to it & knows to stay away from it! Moral to that story is wash hands thoroughly after doing yard work for the neighbor & before taking a bathroom break!****

    ROTFLMAO!!!   My dh says that even to this day, he doesn't know what poison ivy looks like!  I also do not know, because it seems that I only have to WALK past it, and I get it!  I know... leaves of 3, let it be!!

    Now that some of us were done scratching ourselves against the Special African flute, and rubbing certain parts w/ lime coconut... darn we were hungry!!!!!!!!!!! 

    Still in Portugal (R WE?!?! LOL), we decided to go to Janelas Verdes for dinner (http://www.golisbon.com/hotels/As-Janelas-Verdes-Inn.html) ... meeting us there were several Portuguese men that lined up at the door just to be with us and show us a good time...

    Cristiano Ronaldo (goes without saying was there for NbN), along came Luis Figo, Ricardo Carrico, Nuno Homem de Sa, Nuno Gomes, Quaresma, and Paulo Pires... (don't ask, I had to e-mail a girlfriend in Portugal and ask her about hot Portuguese guys... I only have eyes for CR!).

    Dinner started very well... we had several chilled bottles of

    All the other gals were giggling, but soon we all started digging in and the food was undeniably delicious.

    Oh such pretty faces but after a few drinks we started wondering if they were as pretty on the inside (inside their clothes that is) and started plotting maybe how to get them off.  Should sGo to fullsize imageomeone suggest skinny dipping?  MissS just said it would be more comfy with nothing on and next thing we know all of our guys are running to the water come on gals lets get a move on!!!

    Spar called for a phone book and took out her cell phone and called 911  Julz needed oxygen, she had hyperventalated

    Spar was throwing up from the food MissS ordered,  NBN was making out and ignoring us girls, she was the only one brave enough to strip and join the guys.  We sat around and had a few more drinks and I'll be darn we all ended up in the water.

    Heck Luv didn't even have to throw Julz to the ground, she just fell to the ground when she saw Paulo walking toward her with that intent stare. This turned out to be a good plan for Julz because. While NBN was busy being Naughty with Christiano. Spar was busy with the EMT's! And the rest of the Girlz were schmoozing with the sex goddesses.  Julz got to fantasizing  how she could ever plant one on that TALL Gorgeous Hunk of eyes, without using a dam stepladder.  It was so nice of LUV to solve her problem of being vertically challenged! It seems Julz is just 4' 9" tall & Paulois well over 6 feet. Wink!

    Sound's coming from the 2 of them. Spar asked LUV if that was Paulo breath's into Julz mouth or her moaning because of the special compressions her chest was getting. After about 10 minutes of of the Girlz &  Goddesses standing around the 2 wondering if Julz was gonna be O.K.. LUV turned to everyone & said.....

    Now that Julz could breath good and had been relieved in other ways too it was time to see some more of portugal because we were scheduled to head back to Alaska tomorrow on the private jet back to out bus.  Who knows where we will go after that.  We will have to think on it. So we are back at our hotel and NBN asked if we all wanted a glass of wine and get in the hot tub after our day of exercise on the beach.  Everyone yelled yes, except for Julyz, she was lost in a day dream.

    Julz received a message that the guy was waiting for her in the sauna but we decided not to give it to her since she needed to be fresh and alert for our flight tomorrow, besides we were a little jealous.  Luv suggested she could meet him instead, MissS gave her a little smack on her head. Harley suggested we ALL go to the sauna but...............

    Harley suggestion of all of us going to the sauna met with disapproval from MissS. She said "Are we nuts, we can't find NBN she's off who know's where with her man. Julz is in a daze because of sexy eyes Paulo & LUV is pouting cause she couldn't have him. If the rest of us get hooked on another one of those sex goddess soccer guys we will never get back to our adventure". As beautiful as Portugal is & their men Wink (Ohh La La). We all agreed that we needed to find NBN & get back to our rooms for a good night sleep to leave first thing in the morning for Alaska & our bus.

    So as morning came & we all boarded the plane for Alaska. We met up with a very tired & shocked MissS, Spar & a very out of it Naughty NBN. It seems the night before MissS & Spar went looking for NBN. Boy did they find her.... in the Sauna. Surprised With Christiano & Paulo! That was all any of them said. They were obviously still in a state of Something from the unexpected encounter in the sauna! WinkEmbarassedTongue outLaughing! The rest of us just had to wonder......
