I am estrogen positive, progesterone and her2 negative - does anyone know the implications of this diagnosis?

    It is my understanding that the ER/PR + part is good, in that there are alot of drugs available to control it. Your cancer feeds off the estrogen and progesterone(?). 

    HER2+ cancers are generally more aggressive in my understanding.

    I'm not an expert so please research further before relying on my information.  I know there is a section where it goes over the pathology report and how to read it, and what it means. I believe it is under the Symptoms & Diagnosis tab.
