Flax to the max

Hello Ladies,

Admittedly, i'm somewhat new to all this, and i've been reading a lot about flax...ground up seeds, husk, oil...

What's is the link between flax and cancer? why is it important and what advice would be best suited for someone just starting out on these theories?

I personally have taken freshly ground organic flax seed nightly for 4 years as both an especially good source of omega-3 fat and lignans. There is some indication that it is a weak aromatase inhibitor as well as a SERM. I am highly PR+, 50% ER+, HER2 +++ and 6 years out with NED.

This is a NCCAM trial; let's hope this trial is honestly and carefully done, so that we have clearer info to go on:

Wow!

That's a very interesting study. I hope they'll actually be honest and fair. I really don't trust the pharm. companies.

I've been wondering if I can substitute flax oil for Arimidex.
