The next person used to run outside at the strike of 12 on New Year's Eve and bang pots and pans together when they were a kid...oh, we had so much fun.

No-we never did that, but it sounds like fun! Several years ago when a bunch of friends and I were at a dance club we used to go to, we were there on New Year's and my friend Tom was making prank calls calling any old number and saying Happy F@#&*^$g New Year, and you'd be surprised at how many people were saying "Hey, you too!" back!!! People walking by kept handing us quarters too!!!

False....we spent every New Year's Eve in church until 12:00 midnight. They were REALLY long services

No new grandbabys, my kids are in their mid thirty's so I think 3 is all I will have. Of course there will be great grandkids someday but not too soon. I love to hold and smell babies but then I love to give them back also.

I had a treehouse growing up that my dad built, had a lot of fun in it
False on the pool but the washita river ran through our property and we had a huge pond. We were up and down the river every day in the summer time. We had an old row boat and when it got real shallow we would gig fish for supper. We would find quicksand and one at a time we would sink in it to see what it felt like and the other would get that one out and at the time we thought it was all great fun.

Nope, no skydivingl. The pharmacy i worked at wanted us all to take lessons and sky dive until one lady knew a lady that did it and broke both of her ankles. Looks like fun though
Have been whitewater rafting IV rapids and will never do it again, nearly lost my life
Now I will go rafting but only class I or II

True, I am organizing my spare room as I want to organize my arts and crafts stuff. I would like to get a table at a craft fair in October and make some money. I have so many medical bills and my prescription plan sucks, I pay alot out of pocket.

False, we had chicken fried steak sandwiches on buns with tomatoe, lettuce and oinion. They were great.

I had chicken for dinner too! I made a tortelini salad with chick peas,kidney beans,beets and olive...it was good.

does totelini salad have a dressing? Do you use pickeled beets of just plain canned ones. I would like to try that.
Am curious what swiss chicken is also, is it like swiss steaked cooked with oinion, peppers, and stewed tomatoes???

Nope, I went to the dentist a couple of months ago-kbugmom, I got the weighted hula hoop on ebay-once you use it enough and no longer have bruises on your back, it works great!!! I think I overdid it the first few times!

True to a bread machine...false to using it
Spar, usually we use a vinegarette dressing. The beets are plain not pickled. I have also made it with other veggies in it...broccoli,cauliflower,string beans, any combo of what you like. Even onions.
Irishdreama, lol about the hula hoop. I am gonna check into buying on of those. It must be good exercise.
Kbug, we want that recipe for the swiss chicken, don't we Spar?
