    Now that the WiiFit has been out for a few months, and some of us have them, how do you like them?  I love mine and try to spend an hour a day with it - mainly yoga, balance and aerobics.  I stay away from strength training since I am a weak sissy. (Never could do a push-up).  I don't know if thr WiiFit is doing any good - and I still go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week,  but I am having fun with it.  ( I am 65 - so not a young chick)

    Do you actually sweat with the aerobics one? I played Wii sports this past week (bowling, tennis, etc.) and LOVED it, so I'm wondering about WiiFit too!

    I bought the WiiFit the day it went on sale.  The next day was my BLM.  And I had alot of pain the 1st few weeks.  Then was busy tryign to catch up on things.  I tried it again last night.  My Trainer suggested I get more rest...I think that was thier nice way of saying...Its been 46 days!   Where have you been?

    I have not tried much.  I did some Yoga,  balance & Strength training.  But just the easy ones so far.  ( I dont have alot of my Choices Unlocked yet)   So I cant say if the stuff will be fun....Or make one sweat with aerobics.

    Although my Teenage dd was using it a couple weeks ago & she had fun.  It was fun to watch her hoola hoop & such.
