prosthesis pocket

I ended up buying a regular bathing suit and I need to buy a sew in pocket for my

prosthesis...Does anyone know where to buy them??

    Thanks Madalyn..I ordered some and when they get here I will have to figure out the sewing thing..I hope it isn't too hard!! I can do lots of things, but sewing isn't one of them...

    If  you have a Nordstrom's near you, they'll sew pockets into bathing suits for a nominal fee.

    great question SoCal ....mine almost floated down the coast last weekend! Embarassed I thought my tight bathing suite would have kept it in

    The only problem with the TLC pockets is that they go by band width (34, 36, etc).  I wear a 34 but that pocket to too teeny for my cup size.  If you are "well-endowed", it takes trial and error.  I ordered a 38 that still doesn't fit my cup size.  It's kind of irritating (and time consuming to find a pocket that fits.)

    I originally just bought cotton spandex fabric and winged it.  It worked but I was hoping that the pre-made pockets would be a better answer.  Ah well, back to the fabric store.

    The last time, I took an old mastectomy bra and a friend of mine

    cut it and sewed it in the suit ..it worked perfectly..but I did not

    get that sewing gene..so we shall see

    where can i buy a pocket to sew into my bathing suit??? i am new to this site and did not catch the answer. thanks to any and all who can help. just bought two new suits for half the price of the one i bought last year that already has the pocket....
