Need good exercise video for tight arm after mastectomy

After one year post right mastectomy ( 5 mos post radiation) I still have tightness to my right arm. I do some exercises to flex in shower but that does not seem enough. Anyone use a good video for exercising that area? Please recommend both books /video websites etc. Thanks!

Hello, I purchased a book titled "The Breast Cancer Survivor's Fitness Plan", bu Carolyn M. Kaelin, M. D. M.P.H. I find it very interesting. It shows different exercises and tips for different kinds of treatment and surgery. Hope it helps you. I think I got it on Amazon.

Hi all--

My favorite is http://www.lebedmethod.com/ DVD which had been recommended by Binney.

I like the music, I like that there are real women "not size 2 models" doing the exercises, and I find it much more fun to do than exercises out of a book.

And, you can do it at any level, and/or sitting down.
