Wow -- I hadn't thought of Tasha Tudor in years, but you have brought back very early memories of childhood books.  What a long and loving life she had.

    Thank you Tina,

    Ann

Herbalists all over the world are in mourning - her gardens were amazing, as well as her work.

    Oh wow,

My parents got me "My Brimful Book" when I was 4 yrs old when they took a trip to Bermuda. Classic poems, nursery rhymes, and animal stories with each section by a different illustrator. Ms. Tudor did my favorite section.

I had it, my older sister bought it for her two boys, my bro bought it for his boy. DH got me a copy for my little girl. Age span from me to youngest - 40 years! Her drawings are wonderful. My bro used to read at his son's kindergarten and used to bring Brimful and another with him and the kids loved it. The other was also poetry - Tom Tiddlers Ground.

    Thanks for the memories....
