What about watermelon. I lived on it while on chemo. And baby food prunes go down easier than dried prunes. I also liked boiled chicken breasts, and it has good protein in it.

Holy shit excuse the pun, no one told me about the showe curtain or flushing twice. The list is fantastic. Good stuff, I'm saving it to favorites.
-
Well, it isn't the end of the world if you DON'T flush twice the first day or two after chemo, close the lid before flushing, change the moldy/mildewy shower curtain. But the way I see it, it's an easy way to cut down on bacteria, you know? Glad you found this helpful. Know too, though, that nobody would accuse me of being an immaculate housekeeper, or even a very good one!

Flush twice!

Thank God for Trader Joe's almonds. (Great for constipada-prevention!)
-
Mental note....send dh to trader joes tonight....I am trying to change my picture but am having no luck. I will try later today.

My current s/e "treat" is Orbit white peppermint gum. (I chew it on the subway to stave off queasiness.)
-
I can see the commercial now.....Rock on the subway, glowing green aura and sparkling white teeth (thanks to Orbit gum). Up pups that annoying chipper British girl in her 60's attire........A little green around the gills? No problem.......Orbit Gum........
I think I've had a little too much sleep

Back to the topic of Gin Gin's ......... A great online store called gingerpeople.com, sells ginger biscotti, gingersnaps, ginger beer, ginger candies, ginger syrup, ginger plus this, ginger plus that, AND I ordered it ALL...............
