    Hi!

Has anybody ordered an Anita swimsuit?  Do they run pretty close to size?  Womens Personal Health has some great deals but they are not returnable.  I normally take a size 6 or 8 - measurements are 34B-27-36.  I LOVE Anita bras and would love to try one of their swimsuits.  Thanks!

I have only ordered the bikinis.  Top runs true to size but the bottoms run a little small.  They are a European company so that may be why.  I have seen the same with other European clothing.

If you are looking into a one piece, hopefully someone will be able to help you.  I agree.  I LOVE Anita bras also.  Pretty and comfortable.

I have an Anita one piece and it runs on the big size but it is very well made and comfortable. I wear a size 4 dress size but usually wear a size 6 bathing suit because I have pretty muscular legs and don't like the leg holes to be tight. I also have a Carol Wior suit I love even more.

It's been really tough finding a sexy swim suit particularly in a smaller size. A lot of the styles only come in size 8 and above. Let us know how it works out!

    Hi Susan and Carol,

Thanks so much for your responses!  I emailed Barbara at Womens Personal Health.  She said for first-time customers that she would accept a return if it did not fit (some suits are as low as $49 and clearly stated no returns).  I think I will try one and see how it goes.  I think the Anita manufacturers really understand that we still want to feel pretty!

Here's my deal:  I'm double mastectomy and chose not to have reconstruction.  Every swimsuit has cups and prosthesis junk in it.  I'm flat!!!

Surely there must be a designer who leaves that stuff out.  I really want a flat suit.  I don't mind being flat any more than I minded being bald.  (I also chose to go bald for as long as that lasted... no wig.)

    Winston,

I cut the breast pads out of an old Speedo, so I could go flat. I've been looking for a suit that was just lined and flat also.  Let us know if you find one!
