    I'm starting a new class tomorrow.  I'm going to slowly move towards getting my degree in Information Media.  It will allow me to get a job as a Media Specialist in a school.  I'm really really really getting burned out in the classroom and I need to start taking steps to move out.  Actually what I'd really like to do is stay home with Samuel.  Sometimes I really worry about not being able to see him grow up and here I'm wasting the time I have with him now by working. 

    My husband will never let me quit tho.  He's company isn't super stable so we need my "stable" teaching job.  I understand but . . . . .  Maybe someday we'll win Powerball Wink

    I am going back to college to become a special education teacher. I only have one semester left as a student teacher. I have stage 4 mets to liver, bones and lungs and just wait to fulfill a dream of  having my own class. Even if it's just for a short time!

    Excellent way to make your career much more interesting and challenging, so good for you, Jill. And Lori, it sounds like you're pretty close to fulfilling your dream...you go, girrrl!

    I've been lazy about my one last pre-requisite, but eventually, I'll be going back for another master's. I'd like to return to social work and counsel female survivors. Maybe someday I'll fulfill my own dream of owning & running a wellness retreat for women.

    Keep us posted, Jill....and enjoy your class!
