The begining of my 2nd treatment I sure can tell the difference from the last one I am so tired and sick to my stomach yesterday hopefully after the first week of it I should be able to get my self back like last treatment. Next one i am half done, I just wanted to vent and the hair is hanging on my threads this week will be the shave off. I am going to a look good and feel good today but I am not sure how good it will make me feel. My sons dont understand and I am single so they just ignore me and complain and I ignore them when they complain. Well happy week for everyone ...

I am sorry you are going through this...going through chemo is not a picnic...we hurt feel nausous..depressed..all we need is someone to vent to ...how old are your sons...

Feel free to come here anytime and vent...thats what this is for...we all need someone to listen no matter how far into our treatment...

Getting your hair shaved or even buzzed is better than just waiting for it all to fall out..it willmake the transition easier..

I am sending you a big hug

    Pat

Thanks Pat I needed it and my sons are 23 almost 24 yep old enough to be out on his own and he is a worker but he is just too cheap to live on his own yet, but that is going to come to a end soon. My other son is 17 a senior in August in high school and that is the month my chemo should end. I sure do have more respect for people with all this going on there ever before, I think my oldest is just having a hard time having mom not be mom but that is his self centered fault...You have a  good week Pat....

I went to a Look Good Feel Better class way back right after starting chemo treatments.  Like you, I wasn't just real sure of it.  But you know, it was one of the most positive experiences that I had during all this.  Hang in there - it DOES get better.

I'm looking forward to going to the Look Good Feel Better class on the 16th of June. The place where I bought my wig, is involved in it. I'm really looking forward to going.

I had a hard time snaping back after my 5th chemo treatment. I thought I was never going to feel normal again. It just took a little longer this time & I'm feeling good right now.
