    Hi, I am suffering here with bad Mood Swings due to menopause, kicking in. I do not like to post my messages of my anxiety and depression under some of these forums. I feel it is inappropriate.

    Please, Please Help! Create a new Forum for us ones that are depressed and need to talk to someone.

    kaloni, I am so sorry that you are experiencing these mood swings along with depression and anxiety.  All I can offer you at this time is some {{{{{hugs}}}}} and hopes for better days.  Others will be along soon.

    Great idea on this thread...its seems I have read so so many with the depression...from tamox to dx it seems par for the course.  I know there will be others who can relate and hopefully others, to lend a healing thought.
