yes victoria  all of it! i just went to see my doc for my 2 yr checkup and he reminded of that too -  deep bad days are understandable

we have all had them  after tx is over and as time goes on they get less and less

going thru chemo is not fun at all!  come here often  there is plenty of support from incredible women   they all helped me sooooo much

    hugs

    Hi Vickan,

I was 39 as well when I was diagnosed as triple neg; freaked me out, but as others have said the aggressive ca responds better to chemo. My onc. also said not to worry about my triple neg status.

I had four dd AC followed by four Taxol treatments and then rads.

I still have my down days..but they are less frequent than they once where. Hang in there, sweetie - you are not alone.

    xoxo

    Raye,

Always good to hear from girls in similiar situation that I should not worry about the triple neg status. Brilliant to hear that the dark days come less frequently. I am crossing my fingers that I (and my bc sisters) can follow you and hang in.

    Thanks for keeping me posted!

    Hugs,
    Victoria

    Hello,

I am too.. overall very healthy 42 y.o, triple-neg, just diagnosed (1 mo ago), breast bump developed "overnight". Only one more "little" complication - brain metastasis in an area not accessible to biopsy. My oncologist and second opinion peoiple are trying to formulate best strategy and I am waiting, no treatment yet. I would like to find someone in similar situation.

I am so very glad to join,

    Natalya (Russian native)

    Hello Natalya,

I am so sorry for your diagnosis.

I was diagnosed with triplenegative disease in 2001.

There are a lot of new medicines now for brain mets and triple negative disease.

The key is to be as aggressive as the cancer is.

There is a lot of triple negative info here at the Ask the Expert Conference

And here is a triple negative update on the latest treatments

And this is a wonderful resource

    I hope this helps.

    Hugs,
