    I would like to learn how to pickle veggies like cauliflower and brussel sprouts. I buy them in the supermarket, but they're so expensive! Does anyone have a good (sweet) pickling recipe that they use?

    What about putting them in the pickle juice from the jar of pickles you like best? Easy way out. I've pickled eggs that way before.

    I have used vinager, water, sugar, dill seed boiled all together, add or subtract for the taste of your choice, then cool and add raw veges that you like put in container and refrigerate.

    I do this to onions and cucumbers and love it
