    Does anyone have any ideas about dealing with side effects like joint pain and stiffness from Arimidex?

    Yes I have joint pain and stiffness since I began taking Arimidex 1 year ago.  I just learned that a dexascan showed significant bone loss vs one year ago as well.  This sounds like a pretty serious side effect to me!  I'm not sure what to do either.

    There are a lot of threads from ladies who've been doing things to treat those pains.  I haven't started them yet as I'm dealing with other stuff right now, but will soon.  Check out those threads.  Some are taking a variety of vitamins and so on.
