Friend that Has Bc Invading my privacy??? Not sure what to do

I have a female friend with BC. Long story short is that we used to be bf and gf. We were to be friends with benefits. We had lots of issues prior to her being dx with bc. So when the dx came up I insisted that I be there for her and that I can be depended upon for many things. I thought that I could be friends with benefits but the truth is that I am a guy that can't participate in recreational sex. Never been that kind of a guy. My guard is way up in the stratosphere due to our issues and then comes bc.
So, here it is. I recently was confronted by her as she read my some of my emails I had sent to others, women, etc. Some addressed the very real sx of bc and in particular sexual intimacy and how treatment affects those with bc and relationships, etc. Well, she confronted me and was all up in my face (figure of speech) Ilive three hours away. I didn't know what to say. I have always had many female friends and I do hike and bike with my friends, including women. I don't know what to do. I am not sure we can be friends if she is going to invade my privacy and trust is a big issue for me. I don't want to make things harder on her and so Ichanged my pass word but what am I supposed to do? Stop interacting with women altogether? I am feeling sick to my stomach as I am not sure I can say or do anything that she will not find fault with. I wanted to scream at her on the phone as I felt violated. She read things that were said in jest but to the outsider would be viewed as a matter of fact. geez...................oh well sorry for ranting

I'm confused. I assume (prolly shouldn't) that 'friends with benefits' means you two occassionally have sex. I fine with that but it appears you are not because you "can't participate in recreational sex".
So, she wants the recreational sex with you that is a benefit of being your friend buy you don't with her cuz you don't want the recreational sex at all however....you do have these other girl - friends that you are send emails to that discuss sex and these are obviously offending her.
Without more details please print **Team BC friend** on my t-shirt please!

You were discussing a very intimate part of what your friend deals with because of bc and said things in jest? I'm sorry, I don't see what could be said in jest that someone who thinks you care about her would find funny in this situation.
