    I celebrated my 3 year surviorship....is there such a word, this past March. I feel like I need to give something back since there were so many people who helped me during my ordeal. Thought I would try this out. Also, I would like to connect with other breast cancer survivors.

    warmest congrats on your 3 yr survivorship ! i dont think i could have come this far without all the support i have received here! its been 2 yrs exactly since my dx and i am enjoying my NED status every single day  I have continued to be active on this site and in many organizations for breast cancer because not only do I offer support to many other women just starting down this path but it makes me feel like i am having some control over this damn disease instead of it controling me

    its a wonderful feeling to be able to give support and knoweledge to newly dx women here

    sadly 2 of the most amazing people i have ever had the pleasure to get to know on this site (they helped and inspired me soooo much when i was new and so many other people ..) have passed away but in their honor i will continue to always be part of this wonderful family
