Herceptin causing my period to come early?

    I started Herceptin in May '07 and took it weekly with Abraxane until the end of December. During this whole time I never missed a period and they were always pretty regular - give or take few days. However, since January I am on Herceptin only and have been taking it in the triple dose form every three weeks. Every time I get my treatment on a Thursday I start my period the following Sunday. This has me having  a period every 3 weeks! Has anyone else had this happen? My Dr. seems to think it is just coincidence.... but I know that for some reason the Herceptin is prompting my body to start a period. I've always had regular periods so there's no reason to think that this is normal. I can deal with the periods every 3 weeks, I'm just wondering why it is happening? Anyone with info or experience??

    How old are you?  Are you perimenopausal?  I know starting about the age of 40, I had times when my periods were only 3 weeks apart as opposed to the 28-32 days I was use to.
