My way of helping

My name is Amanda and I am college senior. My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer three years ago and had a mastectomy. Her experiences has inspired me to devote my thesis to this topic of mastectomy, and how it effects the relationships of couples. I have created a survey to help compile more information, and the more people that participate, the stronger my project will be and hopefully the stronger the impact. I have linked the survey below so if you are in a relationship with someone who has opted to have a mastectomy or you are someone who has had one, I will be forever grateful to those of you who participate.
