3 Years & Still Dancin' With NED!!!

Hey, my chicas....it was 3 years ago today that I had my diagnostic biopsy! I count that day as Day One because, even though I didn't yet know for sure that it was cancer, I began the journey on that day by having the first bit of the monster removed. It was the day that my life took a huge turn and all of the days that followed were so radically different from life as I had known it. As I trudged through the beginning days in a fog, I couldn't fathom any end to it but pain & death. And now, 3 years later, I believe that I have a full & joyous life ahead of me. I am so very grateful for that gift of hope! But I am also more determined to do everything in my power to contribute to our movement for the Cure. Because, sadly, many of my sisters have not been as fortunate as I.
I thank each & every one of you for getting me through these 3 years and for allowing me to now continue to stick around so that I, in turn, can help those who follow.
I just love you guys!!!
