I love baseball season. I'm a huge Phillies fan! Anyone else love baseball?

Love it, love it, Amy! I am a huge Red Sox fan from my childhood days, and an adoptive Mets fan thanks to my husband.

    Play ball!

Another baseball fan here. I have been a Braves fan for decades. My son is a Mets fan so things get a little testy at our house during the seasonLaughing.

Love baseball.  Played short center field in mixed slow pitch softball league until I tore my gastroc nimius (sp) and that put an end to it!  I really enjoy the farm teams, they play with such heart because they are trying to get in the majors.

I liked the Red Sox more when they were losing-- I always go for the underdog. I still like them, just not quite as much. The mets are going to be hard to beat with the addition of Santana-- I play fantasy baseball and I drafted him as one of my pitchers. TX, with the Phillies in town I don't get to experience the farm teams as much, we have 2 within an hour-- if they were closer I'd probably follow them more closely. I've heard that the fans are great for the minor leagues and the players are really friendly too.

I heard that the fans are great in the minor leagues too and that each team has there own culture and the fans really buy into it. I have not made any minor league games in our area even thou there are 2 teams near by,  but  I managed to make 2 spring training games this year. Went to opening of spring training at Dodger-town. Braves vs Dodgers. The Dodgers are leaving to move to AZ. So we wanted to make sure we got to see a game there one last time. Dodger-town is a great facility, Has that old time baseball feel about it. You are so close to the field and you can talk to the players. We also went to Nationals vs Braves at the nationals spring training facility in Viera.

CurlyKat, that's what I love about the farm teams (minors), they do have their own culture.  I go to see games as often as I can make it.  It's a hoot.  You just gotta check one out!

Die hard CUB fan here.  I have to be.  This year marks 100 years since we won a penant!  Opening day in Chicago? Lets just say there were alot of rain delays.  We lost ummmm as usual.

Nothing in the world like going to the ball park and enjoying a great baseball game.
