PHOTO THREAD

I tried to post on other threads and everything was fine.

It's only on this thread that I get the www.angelfire.lycos popup box.

HELP!!

I was able to post some pictures up above, in spite of that weird lycos thing.  And I've disabled all pop-ups.  I wonder if someone was trying to use lycos to download some pics and the little pop-up decided to stay and visit us.  Did you see the pic of my grandsons and their dog!!  I'd post a pic of me riding my sis' horse, but I look too fat!

I get that same pop up also...

By the way I noticed the photos last night.  I love them great job ladies : )

Me too! I get that angelfire pop-up.  Hope it is not a pc cancer.  Yikes.

Bren,  I am getting that popup for angelfire also........don't like it one bit at all.........makes me awfully nervous.

Sorry ladies, but I think I solved the mystery of the angelfire.lycos popups.  I use AngelFire as my photo hosting site.  Last night when attempting to post my pics using Safari on my Mac I had nothing but problems.  Tried multiple times to copy/paste the links to my pics on angelfire but Safari was not able to show the full comment box menu features for inserting a pic.  I gave up and switched to Firefox browser and was able to post my pics in a new post.

When I read about the popup problems this evening it got me wondering about my first post that gave me so many problems.  I logged on using my Windows PC to view the contents of that post in edit mode and sure enough I had inadvertently pasted a link to the angelfire logon page when attempting to paste my pics.  I have now deleted that link completely from my original post.  That should take care of any further popups but if anyone is still getting them after this post just let me know and I will delete my post completely.
