Still NED after 3 months

Hi All

Had my ct scan on Friday and results show still NED after 3 months with no treatment. We are so thrilled as this was the stage all of the nodules were back after my first round of treatment.

We never open the results of the scans and always have the Onc appointment straight after we pick up the results (luckily only have to wait one and a half hours for the results). He was running over an hour late and after directing us to his office, spent another 5 minutes discussing the footy with the other Oncs. He finally came in and usually tells us the results but said he hadn't cheated with my results today so then had to wait for him to open them. Finally the good news. I am ecstatic and don't need to see him for another 6 weeks when I have to have a chest xray. I'm not sure what this will show and didn't ask as I wanted to get out of there and let everyone know.

Now here's hoping the little buggers don't pop up anywhere else!

We are off to the Gold Coast for our annual family holiday next week so it will be extra special. My 10 year old is thrilled his mum can have fun with them this year.
