ACHEY ON BONE MEDS??

Since no one's responded to my original thread on another forum section, I figured I'd post it here, where it's more active.

Currently taking Actonel for osteopenia...feel like shit since I've been on it!  Aches and pains as though I've got the flu or something.  Was taking weekly Fosamax for about six months, but forgot to take it every week, so the oncol. put me on the monthly one.  Only took it once (well twice, have to take it for two days in a row, once a month), and so far, my muscles and joints ache, similiar to when I had to take Neupugen years ago after each chemo treatment.

Any else with these tired bones and is this something I have to expect?  I am seeing my oncol. Friday and am going to tell her I feel lousy on it.
