DEB tell the dr and he can change or add a med for nausea. We are here for you lifting you up in prayer and we send love for you our dear sister. Try gatorade mixed with juice, lemonade is something I love when all taste bad. I had a tough winter with colds and sinus infections. Try anything that you think sounds good. Try oatmeal with apples that is soothing . If I think of anything else that may help I will post . Stay hydrated . One moment at a time do not give in to the enemy . GOD BLESS....................

Hoping your day is warm, the sun is out, and healing rays fall on you.
Praying the flu is resolving, your white counts are mounting, and your eating to gain strength.
Will think of you today as I go about my work.

One last prayer tonight, Slonedeb
Said ever so fervently
Peace be to you my Sister
May you wrap youself in God's grace
May you feel less pain and know his face
May your new medicine work and you feel the warmth of the sun
May your family know how much they have done
Peace to all,

Tender..... what a gracious poem. Your way with words always brightens my day, I know it must mean the world to Slonedeb.
And Kbugmom...... I think someone needs to embroider your prayers onto a pillow. So uplifting. Thanks for sharing your faith and reminding us who is in charge.
Slonedeb: Today is my first anniversary of my cancer diagnosis. It's an amazingly bittersweet day. I'm thrilled to reach this first milestone. My, what a year it's been! Counting your friendship and role modeling as one of the gifts of this new phase of my life -- as one of the best gifts possible. You were always in chat, during those first few weeks following my dx. You always managed to give me encouragement when I was so green and scared and unaware. Thanks for all of those prayers.
Please know that I hold you in my heart & prayers every day -- through out the day. Asking for gracious goodness to rain down into your life, like the rains flooding so many corners of our midwest. May it splash and splish on your face -- reminding you of how many friends here are wishing you well in the midst of this challenge.
Follow Kbug's insight and think those good thoughts.
Remember my bumper sticker idea: "When there is absolutely nothing that is funny, laugh on credit."
sending you love in the first hour of spring................

We're all here for ya, DebofSlone..... cheering, praying, crying, loving, encouraging, inspiring, wishing, dreaming, imagining, thinking, considering, giggling: holding you up with our care and concern.
Be good to yourself. Do something that you know will be good for you.
One of Kbug's smootie ideas? Or the oatmeal? Give yourself some nourishment -- even if you can't taste it.
We're hanging out here in your corner. Know that you are never alone in this. We're all just around the bend in the road.
