    faith tender shopmama puppy zar kbug i love you girls so much thank so much kinda down today because it will be nother week before i can get my chemo started so i am waiting and lying here in pain but trying to hold my head up and fight this beast faith my neice name is lisa  zar and kbug good to see you all i will try to come to chat soon but i stay so weak its hard puppy how is mena tell her i said hi shopmama you are special and you to tender faith is my prayer warrrior in all this thanks all  zar did you ever do taxol if so how did it treat you well i am tired so god be with you all  oh kbug its hard in chat witout ctg but i will be back sometime ok sister love you all deb from ky

    Not to worry, Deb. You post when and if you can. It sounds like you're healing from the flu, but need another week. In the meantime, your counts will come up. Just try to keep eating and drinking fluids.



    I had Docetaxol, Taxol's cousin. It was very doable (fatigue, but no nausea etc).



    Just keep remembering we're thinking of you, Deb. Even when you're tired, laying there, sick of it all, you have sisters who are thinking of YOU!

    had an exciting day today, filled with opportunity for the future and i know you're celebrating for me at your end.

    we had rain all day today -- and i kept thinking that it was the angels crying for the struggles that we must face here on Planet Earth: where life is not fair, where bad things happen to good people, where the story doesn't always end...... happily ever after.

    One day less for you to wait for chemo, Deb if you're still on track. Hoping those white cells are rising, and your flu muscle aches, and temp are resolved.



    Thought of you while out today. It's hard to be weak and sequestered. Hope the sun was out and you might sit near a window if you can't get outside.



    Keep your faith, it's serves us well. I keep you close in my thoughts, Deb. You're never far.

    Praying for you and missing you in chat ..If able get out enjoy the day and the blessing of doing it .We are so blessed and when we are not feeling well easy to get down. So pick yourself up and look at all you have....Well I did not say it is easy but trust the LORD to get you thru this.     slonedeb: i'm dropping by today with some great magazines, a thermos of hot tea, some jumbo muffins, and a couple of your favorite videos. let's sit up late and talk.

    if you're not too picky i'll paint your fingernails. (i'm not terrific, but as long as your not a perfectionist -- they'll be good enough.) what color polish should I bring?

    stay warm. we're having a HUGE snow storm tonight. crazy weather.

    WOW. Slonedeb, I didn't even see puppylovey spying on our girlie-fun. How on earth did she snap that picture of us last night? She's such a super trooper, our puppy-buddy...... she knows just how to dazzle us with her loving care and keen sense of humor.

    That's why having a pack of girlfriends is just what the doctor ordered!!

    kbug so good to see you ive really missed you i havent been here for few days because i am stressed out about the new chemo i have to start ive heard a lot of bad stuff about taxol and i am scared about ready to not take it  but i am also scared not to  thanks to all for your prayers and love right now my liver is swelled pretty bad and having a lot of back pain pills are starting not to work so i am pretty bad shape puppy i dont know how to bring the pictures up but yes dale jr is getting better  love youdear sisters  take care and may god be with all of you  love deb from ky

    slonedeb: SOOOOOOOOOOO great to hear from you. Thanks for taking the time and energy to post and keep us updated.

    I can hear the concern in your 'voice' about the new treatment. I will pray that you can let go of that fear and follow the treatment plan that's suggested, if that's what your heart wants to do.

    We are just beginning to dig out from our unseasonal blizzard.... all schools closed for today. Strange turn of events. I continue to live here with my daughter that's expecting the twins -- taking care of her toddler.

    She is now into her 32nd week, so I'm thrilled. Each additional day is a party to celebrate.

    Know that I have you in my thoughts and prayers. For strength. For courage. For hope. For acceptance. For fearlessness. For insight. For caring. For love. For understanding.

    Take care, sweetheart. Puppy's pictures are the best. Too bad you can't pull up the images. She sent a pic of two young girls playing beauty shop.

    And numerous images of angels. Your puppy's the best!! And we pray for her today with her scans.

    Praying for you Slonedeb, real hard that you'll be less afraid of your new chemo, with angels looking over you as it's infused and for the days after. I'm glad to here you've recovered from the flu and hope it's warm where you live so you can sit a little in the sun after your chemo. The sun's rays warm us inside and out. Please talk with your doctor about a change in your pain med, as women here will tell you, there are so many types, and it's sometime just trying another one or two for relief.



    faithandfifty how nice of you to do this for your daughter. 32 weeks with twins is so exciting, and each day they stay in mom's incubator is a day closer to their lungs maturing and weight gaining.. A toddler too, so you're probably on an exercise diet. Do you miss the sky? Flying I mean. I was so amazed at how you were jetting from one place to another, and envious of the views you saw.



    Puppy, are you sick? Or is there another Puppy here on this site as I saw a prayer by the ShopMama for puppy and I became somewhat startled. So here puppy is a prayer for you, that you pull through your surgery, and the biopsies show benign tissue. I'm keeping you real close in my prayers tonight, along with Deb, Ter, Erin, Joanne, Shepgirl, Ferne, Colleen, and all our sisters needing our attention.



    Sad, what this disease brings, and mad that its toll rings.

    Tender: our PuppyFive is having a major week. She was to have had a brain procedure today/Mon and is having an MRI for throat on Fri..... (not absolutely certain if I have that exactly correct.) But I do know that there are major concerns for her presently. Please pray for her strength thru all of this. She has major decisions to make concerning intervention and treatment. I know she'll appreciate your support.

    Slonedeb: love to you for the evening ahead. Know that you are never alone -- even in your fears. We are all here holding your hand, across the miles. Sending you hugs and kind thoughts. Be brave in the face of this new set of treatments. We're cheering for you.

    slonedeb: I just happened to notice that this thread of prayers on your behalf has had 1061 "views" up to this point..... and about 10% posts of that number. What that tells me is that there are literally hundreds of people checking in on you -- thru these weeks, and then they find themselves 'tongue tied' not knowing just what it is you may need to hear.

    For some reason that has just completely astounded me!! Think of all of those hundreds and hundreds of people who are sending their vibrations of support "silently"...... how totally amazing is that?

    It is hard to know what to say. I just let my fingers start typing and hope for the best. Know that you are always in my prayers. I ask for your resillience today.... that you'd have a new deposit of energy and enthusiasm in your bank account today.
