    Things that make me feel good:
    131. Going for a walk with my wonderful daughter and feeling the cool, crisp winter air on my face.
    132. Laughing at the silly e-mail pass on jokes that I get every day from friends who want me laughing!
    133. Getting a card in the mail or a telephone call on a day I am feeling down.An instant boost!
    134. Knowing that my family is well.
    135. Doing something that makes someone else feel good.
    136. Buying a red hat today totally on impulse and wearing it out of the store with a group of friends who are Red Hatters.

    137. Sitting in the living room with no lights on, the fireplace lit, the Christmas tree lit, Christmas music playing in the background, and the wine flowing.

    138. Hot bubble baths, in a dark bathroom with only the light of a candle flickering. (A glass of wine is also helpful in this relaxation technique!)

    217. Knowing that although he is not getting a lot for Christmas he is getting what he really wants (a cellphone) and that will make him the happiest

    I agree 150% on the clean linens......I LOVE the first night of sleeping with freshly laundered sheets.

    Here's a few more for me:
