I did this for the first time a couple of weeks ago when the red hatters got together for our V'day get together at the library...

I'm definitely not going to give up my day job..

BOY DID I SOUND AWFUL and was told

that I did not need a microphone...

I did get into the music.... OLDIES

There were a lot of people going in the front entrance and would stop and look at us then smile....

I enjoyed it so much that I ordered myself one......

QUESTION where do you get good deals on the CD's for these machines....

HeeHee.  Sorry I cannot help you but I'm laughing because if I even open my mouth to sing at home or with friends, they plead for me to stop.  Sealed

    Have a great time!

Our local music place (Hastings) carries some and will order.  I'm sure Barnes and Noble probably will order.  Have you checked Amazon or EBAY?  I love to sing but am too chicken to do it in a public venue other than church.  Tongue out

Vera, they are available on the internet for $100 on up.  I wanted a pretty good one and that's $350.  So instead I bought a cd-g player and can hook it up to my stereo and tv.  it came with two microphones.  Very good quality.  VocoPro.  www.vocopro.com

other cheaper ones are magic machine or something like that.  You can look at Amazon.  I just used google and learned a lot about it.  Let me know if I can help.
