Fairplay..........    Looking forward to James getting another chance.

Who the heck would make an alliance with Johnny Fairplay---guess we'll see.

    Hi Saluki,

Yes, I'll be watching it tonight! One of the few reality shows I watch. We'll see how well the fans do against the "incumbent players."

I cannot be believe that Fairplay was the first to go.  It seems like something is up with that one.  There was way to much hype for hime to go so soon.

I agree Dawn, looks like whatever Fairplay was playing back fired on him!  I'm really glad he is gone though.  Very irritating to watch.  I liked James the first time around.  But I'm thinking this little flirtation he's having is maybe not a good idea for him.

I forgot all about that Ozzy guy.  What a cutie!!

I watched it last night too.

I must have missed the season with the Fairplay guy.

I agree with Marsha that Fairplay had a plan and it back fired on him big time.

I agree about the James flirtation.

I always thought him very smart and I hope he does well this season.

I sure hope he doesn't get caught up in something.

YowMan needs a new tee shirt.

The "Musenix" one must be his lucky shirt.

I sure enjoyed the excitement of the new players.

How cool was it that the fans beat the favorites?  Good for them - I think the favorites were a bit cocky.I don't know who to root for among the favorites, YauMan deserved it the last time he was on, but because he was honorable, he lost.  Ozzy is one of the best competitors ever.  And James?  Be still my heart.  I'll figure it out................

Fairplay may have really been messed up.
Apparently this episode happened the same week he was bodyslammed by Danny Bonnaduci--He lost a bunch of teeth and was in the middle of root canal.  Maybe all this did put his priorities in order.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b9wK2hFmxT4

This from E news about the incident.

    ------------------------------------

An otherwise forgettable reality-TV affair resulted in turnabout—and then some—for Jonny Fairplay.

The former Survivor contestant, occasional wrestler and self-proclaimed Most Hated Man in Reality Television was hospitalized following Tuesday's Fox Reality Channel's Really Awards, when an onstage scuffle with Danny Bonaduce apparently escalated.

Fairplay, who infamously faked his grandmother's death to win an immunity challenge on the Pearl Islands installment of the CBS show, filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department at 1:45 a.m. Wednesday, after officers were dispatched to his room at the Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital.

According to the report, Fairplay, whose real name is Jon Dalton, 33, alleged that he was presenting an award onstage when fellow reality show has-been Bonaduce walked unannounced and unexpectedly onstage. Fairplay said he attempted to hug the VH1 star, only to have an unprovoked Bonaduce grab Fairplay and flip him face first onto the stage.

Per his complaint, Fairplay's spill resulted in a couple of broken teeth and assorted bruises and cuts.

"Jonny was definitely injured," manager Marc Marcuse, who rode alongside Fairplay in the ambulance from the ceremony to the hospital, told E! News. "I was there at the event and there were gasps from the audience and it was very surprising. Nobody thought Danny would do that. It was scary.

"At this point in time Jonny is in a considerable amount of pain...He is undergoing a second round of dental surgery today and the issues with his jaw alone are not just cosmetic, but medical as well. There was damage to his jawbone in the assault," Marcuse continued.

"In order for Jonny to be admitted to the ER last night the police have to take a statement and make a report. At this point it's in the hands of the LAPD. With that being said Jonny certainly wants to see justice done and he will cooperate."

Investigators are still trying to sort out what exactly went down. No charges have been filed against Bonaduce. (Decide for yourself, watch video of the showdown.)

For his part, the former Partridge Family player, who also cohosts of Adam Carolla's syndicated morning radio program, has already pleaded innocence.

On Wednesday's show, Bonaduce, 48, said he was waiting in the wings watching the show wrap up when he saw Fairplay take the stage.

"I can't tell if he's supposed to be there or not," he said. "He starts going, 'Why are you booing me?' over and over again."

To the people around him, Bonaduce muttered that it was because the audience hated Fairplay. Bonaduce said a woman in a headset then encouraged him to go onstage and tell Fairplay—a request Bonaduce readily obliged.

"I said, 'Buddy, they're booing because people hate you.' That's it. I turned and walked away and I am off the first step of the stage. I heard him yell, I turn around, literally 10 feet away, and he's running at me at full speed.

"He leaps into the air and straddles me—his legs are above my waist. He's now got me in the death grip, jerking me back and forth trying to know me to the ground...I just grabbed the butt of his jeans and pushed straight up into the air. And apparently he landed behind me on his teeth.

    "I didn't know he'd be so light."

Bonaduce said that while he'd ordinarily be "terrified" to be a suspect in a pending assault investigation, he's confident that once police view footage of the incident, he'll be in the clear.

"This is Jonny Fairplay, who'll do anything to get his name in the paper," Bonaduce said. "I'm sure he'll try and sue me, but he'll lose rather badly."

Bonaduce's version of events was essentially seconded by America's Next Top Model winner Adrianne Curry, who has posted a blog entry on her Website claiming that the "lady in a headset" who urged Bonaduce onstage was in fact her.

Unfortunately, along with taking credit for the injury, she also paints the incident in a less accidental light.

"Danny Bonaduce whispers in my ear 'Do you think I should go up there and tell him what a douche he is?' Naturally I say YES! Then he tells me 'Do you want me to tackle him?' Silly me, I said 'DO IT DANNY!!!'

"I HELPED THIS HAPPEN!...Yep, you heard it here ladies and gentlemen...Danny Bonaduce went up onstage because of ME...I feel TERRIBLE!"

Though, it seems, the feeling passed rather quickly.

"Is it bad that secretly, I though it was a little awesome?"

one show into the new season and I am hooked!!!  have always enjoyed the survivor shows!   Was surprised about Fairplay being first voted out--couldn't decide if he was sincere in wanting to leave or if his first plot backfired big time!   Too early to have a favorite--next Thursday seems eons away!!!

Me too Junie!  I really don't watch much Reality TV but I was hooked on Survivor from the very beginning.  Maybe it was that adorable Jeff Probst??  LOL Love those big dimples.

Too early for me to pick someone too.

Well, I'm very happy that 'Johnny Fairplay' is gone! Does he even have a pg g/f, let alone a non-pg g/f??? Bad acting IMO.

This season should be very interesting with the 'romances' that they showed clips of! I'm hooked, as usual.

Probst is a handsome man but I can't help but think somewhat negatively about him for dating such a younger woman.....

I've watched every season of Survivor and am so glad a new season started. I just love Jeff Probst too!  Good for the 'fans' for winning the first challenge!

I'm really glad Fairplay was voted out, I just didnt' feel like dealing with him for weeks and weeks.

I am with you, Lynn.  I was hoping Fairplay would go first but I never thought he would.  These romances are very interesting - I wonder if they will hold up.

    Counting down to Thursday.....................

I too am glad Fairplay is off. He's just plain slimey!

Finally, something to watch on Thursday night. I too think James better watch the romance stuff. People get voted off for that, as they think the couple has an alliance & win-win plan.

Probst was on a talk show---don't know whether he was just trying to hook the viewers but he says that one of the couples thought they had

found a really secluded spot and unbeknownst to them had set themselves up right in front of a hidden camera.  He intimated that it was the raciest

footage survivor ever got.------By the way biggest dimples I've ever seen!

hmm, I was hoping to see that racy footage...oh well.  Did you see at the end that the big guy on fans (forgot his name) that talked everyone into voting for Mary actually voted for Tracy?  Wow, do you think he'll deny the whole thing when they get back to camp?

...poor Mary!  Still too early to be picking a fav character to root for.   But, I'm wondering if all these little "love liaisons" are going to be some kind of sub-story this season.   Don't recall any prior season having so much "matching" going on!  A whole week 'til next show--an eternity!!!!  LOL--I'm hooked again!

I think it was so wrong for Cerie to go after Yauman.  I still don't know why she targeted him.  Can you say sheep?  What is wrong with James & Amanda and Ozzie & Pavariti?  I am very unhappy with them right now.  At least Amy voted her conscious.

I was surprised that Yauman got the boot so early!  We're going to be gone during the next two episodes so will record them.   Don't know if I'll be able to catch them while we're gone--so, I will be having survivor withdrawal for a bit!

Looks like the episode where the couple thought they had found a secluded spot and instead parked right in front of the camera may be tonight.

Ceri is a totally different person this show and i don't much like her.  I was rooting for Yauman but since he is gone I think I am rooting for Amy.  Liked the way she played last time and she seems pretty together this game also.

I think Cirie was pretty smart to get rid of a really good potential winner so early.  Like she said, let him get his hands on the idol and he'll win it all. As I recall, Yau did really well on getting individual immunity too in the show he was on previously.   I'll miss him, but more power to those who are using their heads.

You have to hand it to Cerie--She is one shrewd player.  Can't believe she actually convinced them to get rid of one of their strongest players.

May be good for Cerie but shortsighted for their tribe. What a maneuver!
