Can anyone compare Kaiser to Sharp ( San Diego) Insurance

I have finally gotten a job that offers Health Insurance but the only two options are Sharp or Kaiser managed care type insurance. I prefer not to switch at all, as none of my trusted bc team over the past 4 1/2 years are in these plans, but if I have to which one would be better? I heard negative things about Kaiser before..and haven't heard anything either way about Sharp.

Right now I'm at the tail end of a COBRA thru Aetna that has been excellent (should be--costs my ex husband 880. per month!!).

any advice from anyone on these plans or other managed care plans, or just general tips about swtiching insurance/providers after successful treatment with your original team??

I was looking for a separate "home" for all these insurance issues and didn't find one..moderators, would that be possible??
