    Hello everyone - I had surgery yesterday to remove the enlarged node, but because it turned out to be malignant, the surgeon went ahead and did a full axillary dissection. I don't know what kind of treatment will be ahead for me now, but I would like to hear anyone's experiences or thoughts. Knowledge is power! I'll just hang in there and do whatever I need to do. 

    Feeling pretty bummed.......

    Do you have people around you at home right now?

    Marsha -- Also sending you some (((hugs))). I don't know what chemo you've done already, but they might try some carboplatinum. I'm in the waiting game as well, with a biopsy on Monday, results by Wednesday.
