    Is anyone as excited as I am about the end of the writers strike???? Grey's Anatomy and some of my other favorites will have 5-7 new episodes this season!!!!!!!! Yay.

    SAG contracts are up in June but they actors are said to want to get their contracts straightened out to avoid another strike. My fingers are crossed!

    I'm thrilled! I've been watching DVR'd stuff from daytime (like Oprah and Ellen) and some pretty pathetic movies. The one good thing that came from the strike, for me, was that I got more reading done and that's always a plus. Sometimes, though, after working two jobs in one day, I'm just beat and want to stare at the TV!

    I can't even remember how everything was left on Grey's....?

    I agree I'm so glad it's over and why didn't they just give the writers' what they wanted, or at least negotiate with them sooner. As we all learned and hopefully for the last time, without the writers there is no work other than crappy game shows, or reruns.  I got hooked on animal planet, watch it everyday now and love it.  I did the same when I worked at women's shelter somedays were so heartbreaking I couldn't watch any drama's so it was animal planet.

    So I'm looking forward to what is going to happen on Grey's.  I hadn't heard that we are going to more episodes this season, thats good news.  Murphy's Law for me the year I end up on the couch there is a writers' strike.But I'm so happy the writers accepted the dealpearl49

    YES YES YES!!!! I can't wait to get away from reality shows, and back to GREY'S and Ugly Betty!!!

    I'm so excited.

    My question is, what happnes to some of the shows they've been using as fillers, like Eli Stone, and Cashmere mafia?
