Turns out to be really good--you can catch up the first 2 episodes on FX on demand on your computer.

Good acting, lots of Action, I think its going to be a winner.

    Hi Dottie,

We watched it also.  Interesting how they introduced the cancer thing - do you think that in 2007 her chances are better than in 1999?  It would seem logical.  DH said the girl playing the droid was also on another sci-fi show that he loved; Firefly.  I never got into that one, but DH said the character is very similar.

My husband started watching this because he was sick of all the reruns.  I am slowly getting sucked into it too.  But, it is good!

We've never seen the original movies so we're at a disadvantage there.

I watched the first two episodes.  I liked it.  I like all the characters.  It will be interesting to see it all develop.  Do you think that Sara Connor really has cancer.  In the newspaper they showed I thought it said that in 2004 they had all been killed in some kind of event.  I'll have to watch the episodes again on my computer.

I thought the robot just said she died in 2005???  Didn't say of what, that I remember.

The robot told her that she died of cancer in 2004, but didn't say what kind.  So, did you see last night's show?  She doesn't even have it yet.  Maybe time jumping eradicated it??

You are correct--I misheard.  Doesn't have it?  Well, maybe it's just not found yet?

It would be great if time jumping did it.  What year did they start from?  Maybe it's just too small to find.

They started from 1999, so it is possible that it is not detectable yet.  I thought the scene with the doctor where she was asking a how to prevent it was interesting.  He basically told her not to borrow trouble, but she knows she only has 5 years if what the robot told her is correct.  But, they have changed the future by time jumping, maybe she developed the cancer from exposure to something in 1999 or 2000 that she wasn't exposed to because she time jumped.  Ack, it makes my head hurt to think what happens when time jumping enters the picture.

We'll just have to wait & see.

Ok, so if I go back in time to 2004 and then forward to 2008, then I won't have cancer either.  yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!
