ok Amy, I had a late morning today. LOL
-
Thank you for posting the pics of CY - they are beautiful
-
Just came to say hi.
-
ok, circle girls and Peter...it is 12:30 am and I leave for the airport in 4 hours....I am quite nervous and excited. No computer access til I return home....omg....I hope I can handle it...lol. Maybe there is a comp room at the hotel. My friend went to St.Lucia and there was. It was $10.00 an hour. That's all I'll need. Well, have a great week. Love, hugs and prayers to all.

Good evening ladies. Seems like things are a little slow tonight. That's alright, maybe that means that people are getting on with their lives. Someday I plan to do that and just get on with living. It's really hard with the fear always being there. Every check up we hold our breath and say our prayers. Wondering which one it will choose next hoping it isn't ourselves then quickly feeling guilty for feeling that way. The fear is the worst at night in the dark and quiet of the house. Lying awake. I guess we all go through it or we wouldn't be here. I just want to heal emotionally as well as physically. I think the emotions are the hardest part to deal with.
Wishing everyone a safe and restful nights sleep.

a slow night is good. we all talked too much yesterday.
Have fun on your trip candie.
-
Candie, bon voyage! Have a great time!
-
Good morning Circle Ladies. Its bright sunshine here and surprisingly warm for this time of the year. I'm sure we'll be piled high with snow soon though. Here's a song to start Candie on her trip to Cancun.
-
Candie: Hope you have a wonderful vacation.
Ferne: Good to hear from you and sending a big hug your way.
Gina: Always good to see a post from you. Hoping RADS are going well.
CY: Sending big hugs to you and your family.
Anyways, a quick pop in - gotta go to work.
Nicki (aka chemosabi)

Let me add my good morning.
-
Good Morning,
Ferne so glad you dropped by and sending you lots of prayers and hugs.
Cy, thank you for all you have given us. Hope your day is one you can enjoy.
Just wanted to stay thanks for all your kind words here and in PM's on my bone scan yesterday. I think it was OK - they didn't ask for any regular x-rays so for me, that is a very good sign.
Candie hope you have a fantastic time.!!!
Jill, welcome. You live in Mo. too??
Hugs, Brenda

Good Morning All
Jasmine, that song is on my lift me up CD that Karl made for me shortly after my dx. Love love love it! Thank you!
MB, always a pleasure to see you dear lady. I enjoyed that stew and corn bread muffin!
forgetmenot, glad you enjoy the angels. I like funny too! Laughter is so healing and don't we all need that?!
Amy, my appt. went great. It was 2 1/2 hours long! They took my family pedigree and showed us a cd. The genetic testing is so complex and fascinating. Also discussed were the positive and negative ramifications of having the testing done, from insurance issues to personal issues. After looking at my pedigree and running it through the computer program they felt I was at high enough risk to be tested for the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes so they drew my blood and sent it off to Myriad. Now Myriad, who runs the tests and gets the results will deal with my insurance company and contact me with what is covered. It's a $3,000 test so that's important! Then if I want Myriad to run the tests they will and I'll get the results in 4 - 6 weeks.
Barb, you are such a nice lady. I'm sorry you've had the blues. You know you can talk to us about it if you need to. I'm sorry about your sister as well.
Janny, can't believe it's supposed to hit 56 here today!
Miz, I like what you said but I would say that without a doubt BC.org is the best place in the world to be up-to-date and informed about BC!
Candie, I know you must be on the plane and I'm hoping you have the time of your life. Bon Voyage!
Okay ladies, gotta run, Ava is up to something! Before I do here's more cookies so you don't all have to fight over them! I say there's nothing wrong with cookies for breakfast!
-

-
Miz,
If you right click with your mouse on the pictures of Cy, you can save them
to your pictures file on your computer ... that way you'll always have them with you.
-
The cookies look wonderfully delicious! Thank you to all for the warm welcome. Naniam, yes I live in Mo. too. LOL You asked that question with 2 question marks and I had to laugh I guess there's not many MO. girls on here. I know a few more so there may be more later on from the great state of MO. I don't live too far from a friend that used to be a circle girl and she insisted I try this place out and she was right it is a really good site.
Wishing everyone a lovely day.
-
"Jill", I am sure there will be more MO girls who sign on. They seem to sign up on a regular basis.
Hope everyone gets out and votes today!
Freedom.... ain't this country great!
Have a wonderful day!
-
Wow is this pick on MO girls day? Guess I missed that memo.
Jill-Just to fill you in so you dont think you are being singled out, we had a MO lady that used to post on the circle girl thread and I do believe you are being mistaken for her. Hang in there.
Amy
-
Hey Amy haven't you heard. Missouri is the show me state. We can take it.
Maybe I should go verify Jill's identity.
-
Jill, two question marks - well, that is about normal for me lately. Think Mo. is one of the states that is supposed to have bad storms sometime today. I know Susan is from Mo. I think maybe also ChristineK but she doesn't sign in as often. Off the top of my head, can't think of other Mo. ladies here but maybe some others can help with that one. I think there have been some ladies in Mo that have gotten together. Haven't heard Susan or Christine mention another get together but it might be something you want to check into. I've met two sisters now and it a good feeling.
In fact, think that there are many states that are expecting bad weather, so hope everyone stays safe.
Just walked in - time for lunch - at 3 pm Hope everyone has a very calm afternoon/evening. Brenda
-
Brenda, is that not where cheri123 was from???
where is she anyway???
yep NS, what a wonderful freedom we have
Puppy
-
I think there is a get together in April in Eureka Springs for those in this area, Jill. I might try to come and it would be nice to meet you too. There is a post about it in the Get Together forum.
-
Skipping in from working. I have read and am keeping up. I like when everyone just starts playing nice again. Please keep it that way.
So I voted. Did you?
-
Those were nice pictures of Cy, I hope we get to take more!!!!
Anybody doing anything special for fat Tuesday?!!! I'm having chili & angel wings,I've got a colored-flame log for the fire, & I've invited Jim Beam to come over and spend a little time with DH, a friend & I. We're having a last little get together before he goes away for Lent...
Miz
