Dancing with NED!

Got the results of my CT Scan this afternoon.
CT Thorax: No active disease. No evidence of metastatic disease.
CT Abdomen: Normal study. No evidence of metastatic disease.
CT Pelvis: No active disease.WooHoo! What a relief! As most of you already know, I was dx'd with Stage 3C Lobular 2 years ago. I had 23/23 nodes positive with extranodal extension and very locally advanced BC. Having a clean CT scan 2 years out is significant according to my onc. Lobular is typically slower growing than ductal and the 5 year milestone will hold even more significance....but I am still thrilled to be NED 2 years out!
I see my onc next Tuesday the 29th for my 6th infusion of IV Zometa and a discussion of where we go from here.
Thanks to everyone for all the prayers and good thoughts sent my way! I really do appreciate my special family here

Dear LindaLou!
I am so happy for you either;)))))))Of course you will be just okey...I know it because you are a strong and very positive person. I just want you to know my mum has a good friend that had 25 positive nodes, including 1 subclavicular positive node, and 7 cm big ductal tumour in the breast, also massive carcinomatous lymphangiosis, grade 3 tumour, mitoses3, and she is just doing well ,really well. She does not even think of cancer. She is on hormonal therapy.
Just keep doing well and yes, it is true, 2 year means a lot in this cancer stuff.
Kind regards and have a nice day!
