Did I give chemo  a try? Yes. And as I sit here typing this I would rather DIE than subject myself to that again. I pray my body can recover from this. My wonderful and very thoughtful neighbor brought me some info on a detox diet and some natural barley drink. I am going to start these now. Die from cancer? No. Die from chemo? Highly likely...

     Dear Cinderella,

My heart aches reading your post...........you are on the right track with detoxing your body - barley is great as well........

I attached below a comment I made to you earlier.  It just restates how strongly my Husband and I feel about traditional medicine versus natural healing.........Our prayers are soooo with you.

    Dear Cindrella,

Kathy's comments regarding her friend who has a friend who is now dying of cancer is one case.  There are many types of alternatives out there regarding treatment for cancer and to blanket "alternative" as one is a total misconception.  If this woman dying of cancer is not familiar with Dr. Schulze's natural healing program it is certainly time for her to seek it out.  He has had amazing success with patients that modern medicine has sent home to die.  Why do so many on this board choose to stay in the dark regarding Schulze??  There are plenty of women who die each year from traditiional treatment.  So those of you that believe in traditional medicine are you going to abandon it?  Bottom line is you have to believe in what you are doing........for me it was common sense to go with natural healing.  As I have said over and over and over - God made our bodies capable of healing themselves.  Schulze's program is all encompassing in regard to healing disease.  God has given us everything that we need to maintain and to heal without a chemistry lab involved.  The choice is YOURS - NOT your doctor.

    Our prayers are with you,

    Genesis

Hi Cinderella:  I always thought that I'd never do chemo again and felt that way extremely while going through it. But when it comes down to the bottom line I, I will do it again and again and again if I have to. I hope that I won't have to but have a feeling that I will have to face the challenge again.  If I didn't the people who love me would be so sad and upset with me for not trying. The point is not to let cancer win or try not to let it win.  I just finished rads and the boob is burning but still it's giving me a chance to live and I'll take. I hope once you start feeling better you'll change your mind.  Everyone is different about their treatment and I do understand where your coming from..but life is to good to just give in to this monster called cancer. Hugs to you, Pearl49

Dear Cinderella, Wow, I am so sorry that your side effects were so horrible that you want to quit. Have you talked to your onc about this?? I am sure that your severe side effects can be controlled. Don't give up, ask the Lord for guidance. God bless you, Kathy Prihode

    Dear Cinderella,

I'm praying for you.  Please try the natural, if you haven't.  My mom breezed through chemo (5 rounds of tax and carbo)  almost 6 years ago and age 77, while at the same time giving her body all it needed to repair quickly.  Good luck!

    Cinderella...

Do what you think is good for you. I will add that I almost died from the chemo. I did 3 AC dose dense and then had a fever. I was admitted into the hospital as they tried to find the cause. I had a serious bacterial infection in my blood and yes..I could have died from it. I was on antibiotics for a month via IV. I was in terrible pain as a symptom of the bacterial infection. Pain killers took the edge off..that was about it. I was in serious pain for over 2 months. But..like Genesis says..the body has a way of healing...and I healed. I then did 12 weekly Taxol and that was very easy on me. I'm quite well today..over 2 years since being diagnosed.

I would suggest a combination of complimentary medicine with the well studied conventional medicine. Just my opinion.

    Be well...

    Dear Cinderella,

I took a leave of absence to care for Mom during her chemo. This was almost 6 years ago after her first stage 3c ovarian diagnosis.  Her protocol is different now.  I cooked almost every meal, and made sure she took all the supplements while she took the 5 rounds.  I think I posted her protocol somewhere on the board.  Anyway here is goes again as we did it then:

    No sugar

    No white flour

    No dairy except organic

    Essiac tea

MGN-3 (now sold as Bio-Bran)  The FDA raided Lane Labs because this immune builder was so succesful and they were making "claims" about it.

    Source of Life liquid vitamins

Juiced each day (Jack Lalaine Juicer)

    2 apples

    2 oranges

    Red Grapes

    Fresh Ginger Root

    4 Carrots

    Red Beets

    Celery

Any other vegetable you want to throw in

Drink some throughout the day.  This will make about 32 oz.

64oz. pure water a day (yes you will be going a lot!)

The diet must consist of all organic (if possible) Vegetables, clean fish (wild alaskan salmon and tilapia )

Whole organic grains and nuts, especially Brazil for the selenium

    Fresh blueberries and raspberrries

She ate lots of soup I would make with Organic Soy Milk ( egads! the dreaded soy!)

LOTS OF FRESH GARLIC AND ONIONS AND CUMIN

    LOTS OF PRAYER

Cook with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

She had no side effects from the chemo except hair loss.  Her white and red cell counts remained at normal levels throughout.  The Drs. were quite impressed with that.  As I posted earlier.  She reached clinical remission after 2 rounds, and we wanted to stop.  But those dang Drs. persisted, and we caved in.  She experienced neuropathy in her fingers and toes, and we stopped the chemo after 5 rounds.  She has regained a little feeling back since.

I can tell you that EVERY effort you make will pay off.  Genesis is right on about how to deal with cancer and disease.  I've seen it time and time again on all the sites I've researched  through the years.  Many people are healed by natural means, saving the body from the barbaric practices oncology primarily uses today.  There is a natural alternative to every drug prescribed today.  You must be patient.  It takes longer than the drugs.  Yes, chemo is effective, but at a very high price.  Statistically 27% of all cancer patients die from the treatment and not the cancer itself.  I'm sure not trying to scare you or anyone else.  Just if you do chemo and radiation, support your body at all costs to heal itself from the collateral damage.  Visualize your body healing each day.  Your mind is very powerful!

    God Bless,

    Lisa
